ALLERGENS: Our products do not contain gluten: our manufacturing methods exclude material that may contain gluten. We keep our products as well as our production facility free of allergens, which prevents our products from triggering an allergy. We manufacture all products in Luchon - located in the heart of the Pyrenees - using only ingredients of the highest quality.

This chocolate benefits from the traditional methods used by our experienced ,Maîtres Chocolatiers‘. In order to enhance the taste and the quality of the chocolate, the cacao beans and cane sugar are thoroughly ground, blended and then refined in a chocolate ‘conche’, resulting in a chocolate of creamy consistency - without added lecithin - the cacao butter provides a smooth chocolate experience.

Fructose is 1.6 times sweeter than sugar. Compared to a sugar based product, a fructose-based chocolate contains 40% less carbohydrates while keeping the genuine taste.

The positive metabolic effects of fructose are a particular benefit for diabetics, athletes and children. The absorption of fructose - with a glycemic index below 20 - is slower than that of glucose.
