OUR GENUINE GOURMET-CHOCOLATE This chocolate benefits from the traditional methods used by our experienced ,Maîtres Chocolatiers‘. In order to enhance the taste and the quality of the chocolate, the cacao beans and cane sugar are thoroughly ground, blended and then refined in a chocolate ‘conche’, resulting in a chocolate of creamy consistency - without added lecithin - the cacao butter provides a smooth chocolate experience.

A CHOCOLATE DELIGHT Fructose is 1.6 times sweeter than sugar. Compared to a sugar based product, a fructose-based chocolate contains 40% less carbohydrates while keeping the genuine taste.
